Submit your application via the form below with your domain expertise and experience. Our team reviews every application manually. Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive an email with login credentials and next steps to set up your profile.

What does CertCanvas charge for the platform? ▾

CertCanvas takes 15–20% of the consultant engagement fee (the exact percentage depends on your tier). The platform fee charged to the client is separate and fixed — it does not come from your fee. You receive your engagement fee minus the platform cut.

What certifications can I consult for? ▾

Currently CertCanvas supports NABH Accreditation, ISO 27001:2022, and SEBI CSCRF. You can apply for one or multiple domains. More certifications — including ISO 9001 and HIPAA — are coming. You'll be able to add new domains to your profile as they launch.

What does a typical engagement look like? ▾

A client at 90% readiness typically needs 2–4 weeks of your time. You review their evidence portfolio on the platform, identify gap areas, guide corrective documentation, and prepare them for the external assessment or self-certification. Scope and fee are agreed directly between you and the client after the engagement request.

Can I set my own fee? ▾

Yes. You set a fee range on your profile (from_fee to to_fee). The client sees this range when browsing the consultant panel. Once they send an engagement request, you and the client agree on the final engagement scope and fee before work begins.
